Foundational and Intermediate Sports Science Courses
The Foundational Sports Science (FSS) course equips its participants with the sports science knowledge to coach novice participants in community and / or youth sport, while the Intermediate Sports Science (ISS) course equips its participants with the sports science knowledge to coach competitive athletes in their early years of competition.
Both courses are part of the Singapore Coach Excellence (SG-Coach) Programme, and replace the Basic Sports Science (BSS) course.
