2025 League Champions - Serangoon Samba

The SportCares HEARTS Football League is a platform for youths from diverse backgrounds to connect, grow, and showcase their development through football. The league gathers youths from across SportCares initiatives, alongside peers from schools, tertiary institutions, and community partners. The result is an inclusive environment where friendships are formed, and confidence is built through shared experiences.

Closely linked to Saturday Night Lights (SNL,) the League serves as a natural progression for youths who attend weekly training sessions and are ready for a more structured and competitive platform. SNL serves as the foundation: developing skills and character; while HEARTS Football League provides a platform for application and growth. Together, they reflect the HEARTS Framework of Care, where sport is used to nurture individuals who can lead, connect, and give back to the community.
