The Let’s SEPAK Intra Regu Competition brings together youths from across the SportCares Let’s SEPAK programme for a day of friendly yet spirited sepak takraw action. Representing their respective regus, participants compete in a supportive environment that celebrates teamwork, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship both on and off the court. More than just a tournament, the event serves as a platform for youths to showcase their growth, build confidence, and strengthen bonds with peers through the shared love of sport.
Designed as a community-centred experience, the competition reflects SportCares’ mission of creating positive social impact through sport. Participants are encouraged to demonstrate leadership, respect, and perseverance while learning valuable life skills in a safe and inclusive setting. Families, coaches, volunteers, and supporters also play an important role in creating an uplifting atmosphere that empowers youths to give their best and support one another.
Through the Let’s SEPAK Intra Regu Competition, SportCares continues to use sepak takraw as a meaningful avenue to inspire personal development, social connection, and a stronger sense of belonging within the community.
Let’s Sepak Intra-Regu Tournament 2025
The tournament was held on the 4th October 2025 at Heartbeat Bedok! This tournament gives our youths a chance to sharpen their skills and build their confidence for future matches.
