This inaugural conference aims to bring together healthcare and fitness professionals to share knowledge as well as encourage learning and research within the Sport and Exercise Medicine fraternity. The theme is ‘Physical Activity – The New Vital Sign: Systematic Exercise Intervention in the Chronic Disease Paradigm’ and the conference will bring into focus the importance of physical activity in all stages of life.
