The Youth Coaching Development Programme (YDCP) turns youth coaches—both present and former programme participants—into young community leaders with technical coaching expertise and a strong understanding of the communities they serve.

YDCP is a training pathway for the youth to obtain full membership in the National Registry of Coaches (NROC).
