Our Adaptive Morning Exercises bring fun, feel-good movement to seniors. Held weekly in community spaces near home, each session is led by certified trainers and thoughtfully adapted to suit the needs and abilities of every participant.
More than 250 seniors across 10 Active Ageing Centres (AACs) at 11 locations take part in our programme.
