About 35th SEA Games 2029 (June 2029)
The SEA Games is Southeast Asia's premier multi-sport competition, bringing together thousands of athletes from 11 ASEAN nations every two years to celebrate sporting excellence, regional unity and friendship. Since its founding in 1959, the Games has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated sporting events, captivating fans and inspiring generations of athletes.
Singapore will host the 35th SEA Games in 2029, marking our fifth time welcoming the region to our shores for this prestigious sporting event. Beyond the competition, the Games will provide opportunities for the whole of Singapore to come together, rally behind our athletes and be part of a shared sporting experience that inspires the next generation and strengthens the bonds between our nations.
About 15th ASEAN Para Games 2029 (December 2029)
The ASEAN Para Games is Southeast Asia's premier multi-sport competition for athletes with physical, visual, and intellectual impairments, bringing together athletes from 11 ASEAN nations every two years to celebrate sporting excellence, inclusivity, regional unity and friendship. Since 2001, the Games has grown into one of the region's most significant para sporting events, showcasing the remarkable abilities and achievements of para athletes, while inspiring generations and championing greater inclusion through sport.
Singapore will host the 15th ASEAN Para Games (APG) in 2029, marking our second time welcoming the region's para athletes to our shores since 2015. Similar to SEA Games, APG will be a platform for Singapore to come together, rally behind our athletes and celebrate the power of sport to break barriers while championing a more inclusive sporting culture.
