Late payment charges
The late payment charge rate is as follows:

1 October 2024 to 31 March 2024 | 8.0% |
1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025 | 7.2% |
1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 | 6.0% |
The rate is reviewed bi-annually. Late payment charges will continue to be imposed based on the outstanding arrears at the end of every month and is rounded up to the nearest five cent.
