Haze management measures for sport
SportSG's response approach for sport facilities activities during haze episodes
Sport Singapore (SportSG) has developed a Haze Management Plan to protect the health and safety of sport facility users and staff during haze episodes.
All SportSG facilities will take necessary actions to adjust our operational hours and programmes to minimise the impact of haze exposure on our staff and guests.
In alignment with National Environment Agency (NEA) haze advisories, decisions pertaining to sports facility management will be primarily based on 24-hour PSI forecasts for planning activities, with 1-hour PM2.5 readings used as supplementary information for immediate activity decisions.
