31 October 2025
Over 1.1 million Singapore citizens and permanent residents have claimed SG60 ActiveSG credits between June and September 2025; over 40% have made at least one transaction
Singapore, 31 October 2025 – ActiveSG credits can now be used for sport facilities under the Dual-Use Scheme (DUS) for all play slots from 1 November 2025, providing more opportunities for the public to utilise their ActiveSG credits.
DUS school facilities include indoor sports halls and school fields, available to the public on Saturday afternoons and evenings and on Sundays. Currently, more than 370 school facilities are under the DUS.
Over 1.1 Million Members Have Claimed SG60 ActiveSG Credits Since June 2025
Under the SG60 ActiveSG Credit Top-Up initiative, all Singapore citizens and permanent residents (PRs) who log in to MyActiveSG+ from 2 June until 31 December 2025 will receive a one-off top-up of $100 in SG60 ActiveSG credits.
As of 30 September 2025, more than 1.1 million members have claimed their SG60 credits, with over 40% having used their credits on at least one transaction. This includes the booking of sport facilities, purchase of gym or pool passes, and enrolment in various ActiveSG programmes.
Diverse ActiveSG Programmes to Encourage Sport and Fitness Activities
Since the introduction of the SG60 ActiveSG credit top-up, ActiveSG members have had more opportunities to utilise their credits across a variety of offerings, ranging from fitness classes to wellness programmes. Since June, members have been able to use their credits to offset 100% of the cost of Active Health programmes and 60% of School Holiday programmes (labelled “SHP60” in MyActiveSG+), up from the standard 30%. For all other programmes available on MyActiveSG+, ActiveSG credits can be used to offset 30% of the cost.
ActiveSG credits can also be used to sign-up for the upcoming Active Fest 2025, a four-day event in November 2025 that offers members of the public the opportunity to explore a variety of sports and fitness trial sessions at selected ActiveSG Sport Centres. For just $5 (fully redeemable with ActiveSG credits), participants will be able to attend unlimited trial sessions within the programme window, with free family-friendly fringe activities also available for all to enjoy. The event will take place across various dates and ActiveSG sport centres across Singapore:
1 November (Sat), 12pm – 6pm: Delta Sport Centre (Central)
2 November (Sun), 9am – 3pm: Woodlands Sport Centre (North)
8 November (Sat), 8am – 2pm: Choa Chu Kang Sport Centre (West)
16 November (Sun), 8am – 2pm: Heartbeat @ Bedok (East)
Beyond offsetting the cost of programmes, ActiveSG credits can also be used to cover entry to ActiveSG gyms and swimming pools – including the newly opened World Aquatics Championships Arena – and book ActiveSG facilities.
Collectively, these initiatives are designed to encourage more residents to connect, play and stay active through SportSG’s diverse programmes, making sporting and wellness activities even more affordable, accessible and inclusive for all.
New ActiveSG Members to Receive $200 in Credits Upon Log-In; Expiry of Credits Rolled Over to 31 December 2026
In addition to the $100 SG60 ActiveSG credit top-up, Singapore citizens and permanent residents who sign up as ActiveSG members for the first time will receive $100 credits, as part of the existing new member incentive scheme implemented in 2014. Eligible new members will therefore receive a total of $200 in ActiveSG credits upon sign-up if they do so by 31 December 2025.
All members will enjoy a one-off automatic extension of their ActiveSG credits until 31 December 2026. Thereafter, unused credits will be rolled over to the following year if at least one transaction is made in 2026. A transaction is defined as a successful booking or usage of an ActiveSG facility or programme through MyActiveSG+.
