ISA Certificate in Introduction to Fitness Nutrition Course
(For All NROC Coaches)
Description
This course is designed to give students the knowledge and understanding necessary to understand the fundamentals of fitness nutrition, and to prepare for the ISA Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification Exam. This course presents the theoretical nutrition concepts that will enable fitness professionals to provide practical and useful tips to their clients while staying within the boundaries of their scope of practice.
About the Presenter
Yuen Wan Jin is an individual with an immense passion for educating nutrition in sports, Wan Jin obtained her Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences from Deakin University and is qualified dietitian and an Accredited Nutritionist of the Singapore with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association. She is also a qualified personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exericse (ACE). As a Nutrition Consultant and Personal Trainer, Wan Jin aims to educate individuals about healthy living through good nutrition and appropriate exercise programs. She has worked with individuals of different abilities and backgrounds and has helped them to achieve their goals through individualised and specialised tailored programmes.
