(For All NROC Coaches)

Description

This workshop is open to all NROC coaches who are keen to understand more about the roles and responsibilities of Team Managers, as well as how to manage Coach-Team Manager relationship.

The Team Manager is an organisation’s / club’s representative at competitions. The role of a Team Manager is to uphold the values of the organisation / club they represent and good sportsmanship, and to provide a total support system for the athletes and coaches, so as to enable to athlete(s) to perform to their highest potential at competitions.

The Coach and Team Manager has a symbiotic relationship before, during and after competitions.
