Capability Development Grant (CDG) Sharing Session: Talent Identification and Scouting Practices for Football in Europe

(For NROC Team Sports Coaches)


Organised in August 2017, the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA) Level 2 Talent Identification in Football Course covers: 

  • Talent identification / safeguarding children
  • Player, team and match analysis in football

The course was held in Manchester, England. From past to present, the course has attracted multinational participants, as well as a host of professional football clubs in England including top Barclays Premier League clubs.

​​​Mr Muhd Razif Ariff Bin Bahari (Coach, Tampines Rovers Football Club Under 15 team), a CDG recipient and one of the course attendees, will be sharing his experience and insights gained from the course. Razif is an experienced youth football coach with 15 years of coaching experience. He holds both Asian Football Confederation (AFC) ‘B’ Coaching Certificate and Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) ‘B’ Diploma.

  1. To register, please e-mail with your full name, NRIC / FIN no., mobile no., which sport(s) are you coaching and no. of years of sports coaching experience. Registration is on first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Maximum capacity of 40 pax.
