“Capability Development Grant (CDG) Sharing Session: Learning Experience from the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Level 3 Diploma” by Singapore Cycling Federation

(For All Endurance Sports Coaches only)

Description

Organised in October 2015, the UCI (international governing body for cycling) Level 3 Diploma course is a top international cycling course which provided participants with a rare opportunity to learn about the best practices in world cycling from top coaches and athletes. Held at World Cycling Centre (WCC) in Aigle, Switzerland, the 4-week course featured a total of 20 coaches from 14 countries (including Singapore).

Mr Adrian Ng (National Team Endurance Trainer, SCF), a CDG recipient and one of the course attendees, will be sharing his experience and insights gained from the course, particularly in the areas of coaching framework and talent identification.
