“Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning for Swimmers” by Singapura Finance

This workshop aims to give attendees an insight into the importance and benefits of good nutrition and useful strength and conditioning exercises for swimmers. The areas covered include:
- Nutrients that are beneficial during training and competition;
- Performance-boosting nutrients and food;
- Types of strength and conditioning exercises (e.g. callisthenic, resistance band and plyometric)
The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Kirsty Fairbairn (Head & Senior Sports Dietitian) and Mr. Danny Lum (Strength and Conditioning Coach) from the Singapore Sports Institute (SSI).
