WORLD ANTI-DOPING AGENCY
World Anti-Doping Code - The WAD Code provides the framework for harmonised anti-doping policies, rules and regulations within sport organisations and among public authorities. It works in conjunction with eight International Standards aimed at bringing harmonization among anti-doping organisations.
Prohibited List - The Prohibited List identifies the substances and methods prohibited in-competition, out-of-competition and in particular sports. The List is reviewed by WADA annually.

International Standard for Testing and Investigations -
The International Standard for Testing harmonises the procedures for the conduct of effective In-Competition and Out-of-Competition testing to maintain the integrity and identity of the Samples collected, from the point the Athlete is notified of the test to the point the Samples are transported to the laboratory for analysis.

The International Standard for Laboratories ensures the production of valid test results and evidentiary data and to achieve uniform and harmonised results and reporting from all accredited laboratories.
International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions - The International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions ensures that the process of granting TUEs is harmonised across sports and countries.
International Standard for Protection of Privacy and Personal Information
The International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information ensures that all relevant parties involved in anti-doping in sport adhere to a set of minimum privacy protections when collecting and using athlete personal information.
International Standard for Code Compliance by Signatories - The International Standard for Code Compliance by Signatories is to set out the relevant framework and procedures for ensuring Code Compliance by Signatories.
International Standard for Education - The International Standard for Education is to support the preservation of the spirit of sport as outlined in the Code and to help foster a clean sport environment.
International Standard for Results Management - The International Standard for Results Management is to set out the core responsibilities of the Anti-Doping Organisations with respect to Results Management.
