Description

At this workshop, participants will learn about:

  • The importance of strength training
  • Principles of training
  • Different modes of strength training
  • Training to failure
  • Basic movement progressions

This workshop shall comprise both theory and practical segments. Participants are to attend the workshop in sporting attire as there will be hands-on practice on basic strength training exercises.

About the Presenters

This workshop will be jointly conducted by Mr Ranald Joseph and Mr Kelvin Chua. Both Ranald and Kelvin are working as Strength & Conditioning Coaches at Singapore Sport Institute (SSI), Sport Singapore.
