This workshop comprises the following sub-topics:

  • Implementation of Individual Action Plans
  • Planning sessions to cater to the needs of individuals
  • How to differentiate your training for the needs of the individuals
  • Periodised planning for a high performance team

About the Presenter

This workshop will be delivered by Mr Andy Ottley. Andrew is a UEFA ‘B’ Licence coach who currently is the lead coach for Chelsea Football Club’s (FC) Under 13 team based in London, United Kingdom (UK). He is responsible for planning, delivering and reflecting sessions for some of the best players in the Southeast England. Amongst the recent graduates of the Chelsea F.C. Academy that Andrew coached include Tammy Abraham, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Mason Mount.
