Brendan is an acclaimed Australian educator, speaker and coach. He works as an executive coach with a range of senior leaders from business, education and elite sports. Brendan brings a wealth of experience working with a range of corporate and sporting organisations as well as with education providers, systems and professional associations. His professional expertise includes cultural change, establishing feedback systems that work and supporting people to develop the skills to lead crucial conversations effectively. He is passionate about capacity building in individuals and teams, developing leaders to take personal responsibility for their work and also about the key behaviours that underpin the high performance mindset.
Hayley currently works for Sport Ireland Coaching with more than 30 years of high performance coaching and holds 59 coaching awards! As the Master Trainer for the International Council of Coaching Excellence (ICCE) and Global expert in Coach Development, she has devised and delivered a suite of Coach Developer programmes for both national and international communities and currently leads a team of Trainers of Coach Developers (TCDs) working in these areas. Her expertise lies in the training of TCDs, Coach Development and Coach Support. She is also a member of 3 different European Union (Erasmus+) coaching project teams.
Ang Peng Siong
Peng Siong is no stranger to the local sporting fraternity having excelled in his capacity as a swimmer and also a coach. Once ranked the "Fastest Swimmer in the World" in 1982, he continues his legacy by giving back to the aquatic industry. Peng Siong’s coaching and mentoring initiatives has been benefiting young learners, national swimmers, Olympians, Paralympians, and the aging population. He has taken up coaching roles at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, 2004 Athens Paralympic Games, 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2008 Paralympic Games - Achieving Singapore’s 1st Paralympic Gold Medal at the 2008 Paralympic Games.
